Premium AndyB - User Group Promotions Direct Message 1.2

Now allows also having custom direct message titles for each user group promotion. Prevent direct message if using the Disable promotion link. Prevent direct message if last activity is older than 90 days.

Updated Cron entries, now runs every 10 minutes.
